Payment

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee and secure all bookings. Deposits are to be made by direct transfer, payment details and deposit amount will be emailed on confirmation of booking. Mid North Coastal Fishing Tours has the right to cancel a booking if we are unable to make contact and receive a securing deposit.

Full payment is required at least 72hrs prior to tour commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to.

Cancelations And Refunds

1. All cancellations requesting refund are to be made in writing (email or text) at least 30 days prior to tour date.

2. Cancelations requesting refund within 30-15 days will incur a 50% fee of all amounts paid.

3. No refunds to be made for cancellations with 14 days of tour date.

4. Rescheduling due to reasonable grounds (excluding change of mind) up to 7 days prior to tour will not incur any additional fees.

Weather And Unforeseen Events

Mid North Coastal Fishing Tours focuses on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our clients. Unfortunately mother nature can and often will present us with un ideal weather conditions. Forecasts are reliable within 5days however they are not 100%. We will do our best to monitor forecasts and keep clients updated as often as possible. Mid North Coastal Fishing Tours has the right to cancel any tour up until the departure time if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsatisfactory. Cancelations due to weather and conditions will not incur any fees and a full credit or refund will be offered.

Smoking And Alcohol

Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle at all times. Smoking will be allowed in open spaces with respect for others. We have a zero tolerance for litter so all cigarette butts must be put out and disposed of properly.

Property Damage Or Loss

Mid North Coastal Fishing Tours has the right to charge for the full cost of repair or replacement for any intentional damages or misuse of property and equipment.

Fishing Activity

Most anglers understand there's no guarantees in fishing. There are many variables known and unknown that can result in lowered fishing activity. We will always try to make the best decisions to improve chances of you catching fish however we are unable to reimburse costs due to low fishing activity or unrealistic expectations that cannot be met.
